Try the belt on to determine your individual portion size. The larger your waist, the smaller your portion. The measurement of portions is in direct relation to the individual's current size indicating how much (or how little) they should be eating. A constant reminder to be conscious of portion size in relation to an increasing or decreasing waist size.
