Personal Profile
I am interested in materials and how their natural properties can be explored to create new products. As much as possible I try to see what materials can be made to do through processes, rather than through combining them with other substances. For example, knotting threads to make a structure instead of embedding in a resin or adhesive. I find that by putting these limits around my process I am forced to explore more possibilities and am more likely to find an interesting solution.
